Soothy

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Soothy ("the App"), developed by Bezeaud ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Soothy for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Soothy to:

• Create, manage, and organize personal tasks and notes
• Sync your data across your personal Apple devices via iCloud
• Set reminders and recurring tasks for personal productivity

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

5. Your Data

All data you create in Soothy belongs to you. We do not access, collect, or store your personal data on our servers. Your tasks and notes are stored on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.

6. iCloud Sync

Soothy uses Apple's CloudKit to sync data across your devices. The availability and reliability of this sync is subject to Apple's iCloud service. We are not responsible for any sync failures or data loss resulting from iCloud service interruptions.

7. No Warranty

Soothy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Updates

We may update the App from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
